1. We already have a WMS that does all this, how is 4SIGHT different?

Your WMS may have a loading procedure and data collection portion tied to the loading of cartons/product, but it does not keep track of the actual dock
equipment, which can give additional, valuable data to make you even more efficient.
4SIGHT will integrate into any current WMS that can communicate through a SQL database. 4SIGHT has an open architecture meaning it can talk to and
communicate with these systems.
More importantly, 4SIGHT addresses live loads/drivers, real-time loading dock views, fork driver tools, loading dock equipment activity, energy savings,
security and maintenance management that most of these WMS and YMS packages cannot.
2. We already have a YMS, what does 4SIGHT do that our YMS does not?

4SIGHT can be used as your DMS (Dock Management System) package which will integrate into your YMS system making your whole operation more efficient.
Yes it can be, but since all our of data collection points are fixed (they’re not moving around on a fork truck or trailer), traditional cabling
installations tend to be cleaner, more robust, have less issues and can be upgraded easier in the future.
4. 4Front makes loading dock equipment, what's your experience with systems?

7. We don't have a guard shack to hand out and collect pagers.
expand/collapseNo problem, we can use text messaging to cell phones for the trailer coordination tool.
Yes, if your system uses fairly current software and can communicate via an SQL database. Most ERP, WMS and YMS systems fit into this category.
We'll supply a turn-key installation. A professional cabling/communications installer that has experience installing 4SIGHT will be used.
Our engineering team will also be on site for testing, start-up and operator training.
Yes, if you want access to the system from multiple computers or remotely. No, if you want 4SIGHT to be stand-alone to keep the system off
the company server and network.
On average, $2500 - $4000 per loading dock door. It really depends on the modules you need, the size of your facility and tailored features.
Our base price is turn-key and we do not require annual maintenance fees. You only pay for the modules, upgrades and modifications you need,
nothing more. All said, the monetary savings easily pay for the system.
